I recently had my catalytic converter stolen in Chicago and was looking for a mechanic that would be able to make an anti-theft rebar cage around the new catalytic converter. I was struggling to find a shop that would be able to do this, but then I found Chicago Best Auto Sales & Service, and Victor said they would happily take on the custom job. They completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with how it looked. We did a test drive around the block and it was rattling a little bit due to how those parts move around, so we went back in to show Victor and he validated the noise right away and put it right back on the lift to fix it. He even told us the previous mechanic forgot to attach an exhaust hangar when replacing the converter and offered to take care of that for us. We really appreciated Victor, Jimmy, and Mari for their help with our case!

When looking for a custom rebar cage for a catalytic converter, I called a ton of shops across Chicago and Chicago's Best was one of two that said they could do it. They did an awesome job designing and making the custom rebar cage based on what I asked for. They worked super quickly- way easier than a lot of car experiences I've had. It was a fair price and I appreciated the transparency. Shout out to Jimmy, Victor, and Mari for helping us out!

I have had a few issues with my car and I was recommended to Jimmy and his brother. They me feel secure about the work on my car, that it was done right, fast and they explained to me in detail clearly. I recommend this family owned auto service to women who are skeptical when finding a mechanics! They’re legit and worked very well. Great work.

I really enjoyed the service,everything was at a truly high level! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly young woman . Victor showed me what needed to be replaced, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job. Very reasonable price. Thank you so much!!!
